I’m Michaela and I’ve spent the last ten years in Los Angeles Theatre focused on building collaborative and sustainable performing arts ecosystems. My passions are community-driven leadership development, organizational infrastructure, and collaborative resource sharing, all with a foundation of equity, inclusion, and accountability.
This has led to me working with organizations like LA STAGE Alliance, Arts for LA, BLKLST Collective, LA Anti-Racist Theatre Standards, Theatre Commons LA, and other service organizations dedicated to building a stronger future for Los Angeles Theatre.
